Acara yang bertajuk &#8220;Kaizen Commitment&#8221; berhasil berjalan sukses dan dihadiri oleh jajaran petinggi PT Parkland World Indonesia Rembang, diantaranya adalah Direktur Excecutive Mr YJ. Lee dan seluruh pimpinan departemen PT Parkland World Indonesia Rembang. Acara ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan sebagai langkah awal agar seluruh elemen PT PWA mengetahui apa itu kaizen, dan bagaimana cara melaporkan kaizen. Rangkaian acara ini meliputi : Pengenalan Kaizen, Prosedur cara mengisi kaizen dan Rewarding, Tanda Tangan Komitmen dan Foto Bersama.<\/p><p>Kaizen dinilai sangat penting untuk pekembangan, kenyamanan dan kemajuan perusahaan, ibarat kita punya rumah maka kita akan secara terus menerus membuat perbaikan agar membuatnya nyaman digunakan sebagai tempat tinggal, sama dengan perusahaan maka kita harus terus melakukan perbaikan untuk perusahaan untuk membuatnya lebih baik. Seperti yang dikutip dari sambutan Directur Excecutive Mr YJ Lee, bahwa &#8220;<em>perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri sepatu sangatlah banyak, kurang lebih 40 perusahaan. Kita berkompetisi setiap hari setiap waktu terus menerus.
